Inspired by the running adidas models of the 80's, this NMD_R1 shoe features BOOST cushioning for infinite energy return and a stretch-mesh upper offering tailored support. Its look is streamlined, with a molded heel patch for added stability and a heel-to-front fit to go the distance. The upper of this shoe is made from a high-performance fiber containing 50% Parley Ocean Plastic, a material created from recycled plastic waste that has been collected from islands, beaches and coastlines, to prevent ocean pollution. The remaining 50% is made from recycled polyester.
