First remove the insoles and laces. Slip your sneakers into a delicate bag (or even a pillowcase) and throw them in the washing machine. Choose a delicate cycle with cold water using your favorite mild detergent. When the cycle is done, shake out the excess water and air dry them without going through the tumble dryer. Do your shoes need a little more attention? Change the laces and insole, and they'll be as good as new.
