Find the right dosage of CBD:
Start with 0.5 mg of CBD / Kg per day. (Little tip: just divide your weight by 2).
The ideal is to divide this daily dose by 3, to take morning, noon and evening. Thus CBD acts continuously on the endocannabinoid system.
Keep this routine 3 times a day, for at least 15 days. If after 5 days you do not see any improvement, double the daily dose.
In case of crisis (anxiety, insomnia, pain): take an additional dose.
