Mechanism: Quartz Battery
The quartz watch is a watch whose operation is based on a vibration movement under the action of an electrical voltage. This type of watch thus requires the use of quartz crystal. When subjected to an electrical voltage (battery), the oscillation of the quartz crystal transmits its vibration frequency to the watch circuit and then tells the time. The quartz mechanism is extremely precise and requires almost no maintenance apart from replacing the battery (approximately every 2 years).

Type of watch band attachment: Standard system
The attachment system of the watch pump is simple: a spring is present in the cylindrical tube of the accessory, and to the ends. It allows to put pressure on the inter-cut of the case or on the clasp used to fix the strap. This system allows the two parts of a watchband to be attached to the case using metal bars called "pumps". There are several types: single or double groove on the ends, telescopic, single or double shoulder etc.
Glass material: Mineral glass
Mineral glass, made of real glass, is very resistant. It is the most commonly used glass in watchmaking, especially on entry-level watch models. For some brands, there are more or less complex hardened versions affixed to beautiful timepieces, such as Seiko which has developed its own type of mineral glass called "Hardlex".
