Dosage
A jar of royal jelly contains 100 grams of product, which represents a consumption of three months at minimum. You should consume one gram pure per day. You can use the spoon provided with the jelly to measure out the doses correctly. The royal jelly is to be taken in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach, by letting it melt under the tongue. Its taste is very particular and it can sting slightly the throat: it is completely normal, since the royal jelly is a powerful food supplement.
