The GEL-EXCITE™ 8 running shoe is designed to provide excellent comfort whether you're running five miles or running around town. A newly updated silhouette and integrated mesh upper gives this shoe a younger, faster look. This combines with a molded heel section that keeps the foot more centered on the platform, offering an even more adaptive fit than the previous shoe in this series. Designed for excellent durability, the upper features seamless overlays to increase support while reducing overall weight. Following a more sustainable design approach, this shoe also uses fewer resources to dye the shoe's sole. This version offers enhanced comfort with GEL™ technology cushioning, an AMPLIFOAM™ midsole and an ORTHOLITE™ insole to create a soft, comfortable feel underfoot. Featuring GUIDANCE LINE™ technology that helps the foot have a more natural movement and a more even stride. Finally, a rubber outsole adds lightness and enhances durability, while the flex grooves are more flexible when you run or wear the shoe throughout the day.
